Prior to enrolment with any Registered Training Organisation there are things you need to know before entering into formal training.

- Flexible learning and assessment procedures
- Provision for language, literacy and numeracy assessment
- Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and National Recognition (CREDIT) arrangements
- Welfare and guidance services
