Flexible learning and assessment procedures
All Automotive Training Services provides training and assessment procedures that is flexible in the workplace and takes into account the learners needs.
We will ensure that quality training and assessment is met by:
- Ensuring all required resources for delivery of any course are in place and maintained in good working order
- Training and assessment will be conducted by trainers and assessors that have the competencies and knowledge held to deliver quality training
- All training and assessment will be to the nationally set standard prescribed in the relevant Training Package or accredited course material
- Quality outcomes are fair, flexible, valid, reliable and sufficient
This will ensure all Training and assessment you receive from All Automotive Training Services will be maintained in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Financial Management – Fees/Charges & Refund Policy
All Automotive Training Services has documented policy and procedures to ensure all parties are aware of the fees/charges and refunds available.
