ENROLMENT/CLIENT SELECTION

How do I enter into an Apprenticeship/Traineeship?

Once you have received a formal offer of an Apprenticeship/Traineeship from your employer, a representative from an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider will visit your workplace to prepare a training contract and lodge this with your local Training Services NSW office.
The Representative from the Apprenticeship Network Provider will also complete a Training Plan Proposal (TPP) at the same visit and its details will be checked with the training contract to ensure all information is correct.

The Training Plan Proposal (TPP) is later sent to All Automotive Training Services as your preferred Registered Training Organisation to provide your training.

Our enrolment process requires students/clients to complete an enrolment application form and we conduct an intensive induction process that informs all parties of their rights and obligations to ensure it meets the needs of the student /client.

Please provide us with any transcripts from your previous provider before enrolment should you be seeking Recognition of prior learning or Credit Transfer.

What type of training will I receive and how will I learn?

We seek to give you a unique learning environment whereby we will appoint a trainer/assessor to train you whilst you are in the workplace.

The trainer/assessor will be providing support to your designated workplace supervisor to provide both theoretical and practical training and assessment whilst you remain in the workplace during the duration of your Apprenticeship/Traineeship.

What is assessment and how will I be assessed?

Assessment will take place throughout your entire apprenticeship/traineeship and you will be assessed against the element within the performance criteria relevant to each unit of competency in the workplace by your trainer/assessor.
